About the Role

Lineage is searching for an innovative and versatile copywriter to join our creative team. This role is centered around developing exceptional content across various media platforms, catering to a broad audience with diverse interests. While social media content creation is a part of the role, this position will also focus on crafting engaging content for other digital and traditional media channels. This position involves generating unique ideas and working on comprehensive marketing campaigns, emphasizing creativity, innovation, and adherence to current best practices in the broader media landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts in line with the approved creative brief, adhering to brand and product guidelines.

  • Understand and apply marketing strategies, discern strategic positioning, and cater to the diverse preferences of our target audience.

  • Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm ideas, devise campaigns, and engage in new project acquisition.

  • Integrate consumer insights into the creative process, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.

  • Lead copy projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget constraints.

  • As needed, present and discuss finished ideas with clients and team members, participating actively in meetings.

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all creative outputs to maintain high standards and ensure error-free delivery.

  • Stay informed about current trends and best practices across various media platforms.

  • Regularly report on project progress at significant stages of their development, creation, and execution.

  • Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to ensure project completion within tight deadlines.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content throughout the customer journey.

  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of our workflows, best practices, and client relationships across different brands.

Job requirements


    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting, with a preference for experience in diverse media platforms beyond social media.

    • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting information clearly, accurately, and with attention to detail.

    • Proficient in developing brand identities through a multi-channel approach.

    • Ability to think entrepreneurially and consider our clients' broader business issues, not just marketing tactics, to provide holistic and innovative solutions.

    • Commitment to ongoing professional development in the fields of media and marketing.

    • Creative and critical thinking skills, capable of producing quality content from minimal input or existing briefs.

    • Analytical mindset to understand complex content and marketing strategies effectively.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
