The Role

The Executive Assistant's responsibility is to provide administrative support to the CEO.  The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to work independently, excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, project coordination skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and manage projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the agency
  • Prepare and edit documents and presentations as needed
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives
  • Attend and participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage expenses and process invoices
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO

Job requirements


  • 1+ years of C-suite level executive administrative support experience
  • High degree of organization and administrative skills;
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings;
  • Excellent writing and problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized, diplomatic, and able to work competently under high pressure;
  • Strong team player with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing;
  • Experience with Mac and PC operating systems and Google Apps;
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision
