Graphic Designer

Job description

Lineage is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team of creatives at the Lineage Studio. As Graphic Designer, you will create a wide array of digital and physical assets ranging from marketing and social graphics to print and merchandising materials. Your projects will range from intricate social posters to graphics for gaming and tech to establishing a brand’s entire visual language, and everything in between. You will also contribute to the development and on-going growth of the brand identities of all our clients—past, present, and future. All while maintaining the high level of quality and consistency that Lineage is known for.

The ideal candidate will create beautifully designed, and engaging graphics primarily in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. If you are someone with an eye for detail, who works efficiently and collaboratively with team members, thriving on variety, this position and company is an excellent fit.

You must be prepared to work across small-scale projects to broad-scale marketing initiatives, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. You should be able to work both on your own and as part of a team - ensuring collaboration and communication in both instances.

This is a meaningful role with growth potential into multiple client verticals and projects ranging from sports and music to major brands and entertainment networks.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop graphic social content for our agency and brand clients, maintaining a constant look, feel and vision
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate and support other team members
  • Perform special projects as requested
  • Work quickly without jeopardizing the quality of work when facing tight deadlines.
  • Develop content for internal marketing and sales purposes

Job requirements


  • Three to four years of design work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Serious attention to detail with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications, techniques, and styles
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas in verbal and written communication
  • Focused creative thinking, while multitasking on several projects and overlapping deadline
  • Understanding of general marketing, advertising and digital landscapes and ability to translate strategies into design
  • Working knowledge of Mac OS
  • Working knowledge of digital photography
  • A portfolio that speaks for itself


  • Experience with HTML, web design or development
  • Experience creating pitch decks and an understanding of how to visually articulate unique selling points and business plans
  • Experience designing infographics, explainer assets or other B2B communication materials
  • Agency experience
