Lineage is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be tasked with generating a diverse range of digital and physical assets. Your projects will span from intricate social posters and graphics for gaming and tech to the establishment of a brand's complete visual language, among other tasks. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the development and continuous enhancement of our clients' brand identities—spanning those from the past, present, and future—all while upholding the high standard of quality and consistency Lineage is celebrated for.

The ideal candidate will possess the skills to produce beautifully crafted, engaging graphics primarily utilizing Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. If you have a keen eye for detail, work efficiently and collaboratively with team members, and flourish in a diverse work environment, this position and our company could be the perfect match for you.

You will need to be adaptable, capable of working on projects of varying scales, from minor tasks to comprehensive marketing campaigns, and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, ensuring open collaboration and communication is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop graphic social content for our agency and brand clients, maintaining a constant look, feel and vision
  • A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate and support other team members
  • Perform special projects as requested
  • Work quickly without jeopardizing the quality of work when facing tight deadlines
  • Develop content for internal marketing and sales purposes

Job requirements


  • Three to four years of design work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Serious attention to detail with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications, techniques, and styles
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas in verbal and written communication
  • Focused creative thinking, while multitasking on several projects and overlapping deadline
  • Understanding of general marketing, advertising and digital landscapes and ability to translate strategies into design
  • Working knowledge of Mac OS
  • Working knowledge of digital photography
  • A portfolio that speaks for itself


  • Experience with HTML, web design or development
  • Experience creating pitch decks and an understanding of how to visually articulate unique selling points and business plans
  • Experience designing infographics, explainer assets or other B2B communication materials
  • Agency experience
