About the Role:

Lineage seeks an expert New Business Strategist, that will report to the CEO, with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of developing successful pitches. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has experience leading pitch development and creating strategic decks and briefs. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and business consulting skills, with the ability to bridge and stretch between entertainment and marketing.


  • Manage the proposal and pitch development process from start to finish, overseeing research, creative development, design, and QC.

  • Craft compelling pitches and proposals rooted in insights that address clients' business problems and showcase the agency's strengths and capabilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, accounts, project management, and executives, to develop strategies and concepts that highlight the agency's experience, expertise, and thought leadership

  • Conduct comprehensive research across various domains, including but not limited to industry trends, consumer behavior, market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies, to gather critical insights that inform and elevate pitch strategies.

  • Analyze and respond to RFPs and other client inquiries within tight deadlines

  • Create and maintain a repository of proposal templates and other materials to streamline the proposal development process

  • Monitor and analyze proposal effectiveness, pitch success rates, and other performance metrics to inform future strategies

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, pitch development, and/or business consulting

  • Strong ability to understand and address clients' business problems through creative and strategic solutions

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas to both internal teams and clients
