Lineage seeks a skilled Senior Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will develop comprehensive visual identities and digital assets for our diverse clientele across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to produce visually compelling graphics using industry-standard design software. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing assets, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, brand identities, infographics, pitch materials, and other promotional materials. This position requires a versatile individual capable of managing large-scale projects while meeting tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop graphic content for our agency and brand clients

  • Manage multiple project timelines and team deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard

  • Foster a collaborative creative environment, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and encouraging team input

  • Develop content for internal marketing and sales collateral

  • Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, applying them effectively in creative processes to maintain a competitive edge

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a design or creative role within an agency environment

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design work.

  • Master proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

  • Serious attention to detail with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications, techniques, and styles

  • Ability to articulate creative ideas in verbal and written communication

  • Focused creative thinking, while multitasking on several projects and overlapping deadline

  • Understanding of general marketing, advertising and digital landscapes and ability to translate strategies into design

  • A portfolio that speaks for itself
