Reporting to the heads of the company, the Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Manager is the founding HR employee and will be a key builder, adviser and consultant to the company. This individual will work closely with the CEO, COO, and others to roll up their sleeves and proactively address recruiting/talent acquisition, employee relations/culture, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
Specifically, this professional will be a key representative and will evangelize the company in the market while proactively ensuring pipelines of key roles across the organization are prepped and ready to address the company’s current and growing needs.
